Cloverhound is Growing
If you’ve been on our website recently, you’ve probably seen a lot of new faces at our Charlotte and Denver offices.
Thanks to the hard work of our team – and some industry-leading product offerings – we’ve been growing faster than our company ever has before. It’s also a testament to our culture – we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer where everyone is given a chance to grow our business. Cloverhound is an open-minded meritocracy with endless opportunities for innovation.
(By the way, if that sounds like a place where you want to work, we’re always looking for exceptional candidates to join our team. If you are a full-stack developer or a unified communications engineer, send your resume to Sam at careers@cloverhound.com with the subject line “Endless Opportunities.”)
In the coming months, we’re going to highlight the people who make our company great. Our first honoree, Joe Innis, lives in the mountains of Western North Carolina but commutes to Charlotte once a month to spend a week with us at headquarters. I hope you’ll follow us on Facebook and Twitter to learn more about our people – they’re exceptional inside and outside the office.
We’re also engaged in significant team building. Recently, Cloverhound hosted an all-hands retreat in Charleston where we enjoyed some great food, experienced all the South Carolina coast had to offer, and had our first company photo shoot with our Denver and Charlotte teams all in one place.
Cloverhound is doing a lot of training and travelling. Cloverhound team members are making great strides in the Cisco certification process, learning Twilio, and becoming Ekahau site survey experts to name a few. Last week, some members of our Unified Communications team travelled to the Bay Area to take a deep dive into Five9 – the industry-leading cloud contact software solution.
As Cloverhound turned 5 this year, our families experienced some significant milestones as well. So far this year, we’ve added one new child (Jacob), four very good dogs (Bruno, Momo, Boone, and Willow), and even some goats (Jethro & Abby). While Cloverhound has expanded our community involvement with #IQfortheQC and charitable contribution matching, our employees have also taken on new leadership roles in the community.
I couldn’t be prouder of our team, so if you’d like to work with us, don’t hesitate to reach out. You won’t find a better group of engineers or developers anywhere.
