Announcing our Cisco Finesse ServiceNow CTI Connector!
I am really excited to announce our ServiceNow connector for Cisco Finesse on UCCX and UCCE. ServiceNow has been gaining serious traction in the market especially around their IT Management and Service Automation platforms. Cisco is the market leader in Contact Center solutions, so it just made sense that there should be a deep integration for Help Desks and Customer Service users of ServiceNow.
This is an exciting moment for us as it’s the first packaged product available from Cloverhound built against the traditional Cisco Contact Center product line, an arena we grew up in! It also stays close to our speciality focused on the cloud with our integration into ServiceNow.
Features and Functionality:
- Answering incoming calls and place outgoing calls through ServiceNow
- Screen-pop any part of ServiceNow easily by settings Call Variables in Cisco Scripting platforms.
- Multiple Calls, Hold, Transfer and Conference fully supported.
- Packaged app on ServiceNow with an upload directly to the finesse server. No extra servers to install.
- Click to Call through finesse from ServiceNow
- The platform is sold on a per agent / per year model and is the same price for UCCX or UCCE agents. We can help you install it.

I’m interested in reviewing the agent / per year pricing.
We are a ServiceNow partner working with a customer wishing to do CTI from Cisco Finesse to ServiceNow. I’d be interesting in speaking with someone about whether this is still supported, cost, details, etc. Please call me at 720.515.9551
We are interested in reviewing this product. We would like to know the costs, requirements, other details. If possible live would be great.
Hi Girish, thanks for your interest. A member of our team will be reaching out to discuss today.
