Hiring UCCE / UC engineers with an appetite for coding

Cloverhound is growing and we need some help being awesome. If you are a Cisco UCCE engineer or a skilled UC engineer with a desire to expand into UCCE and coding, we’re hiring.

Some of the tech you absolutely need to know:

  • Cisco Communications Manager (like the back of your hand)
  • Cisco Voice gateways (Deep SIP experience + debugging)
  • Cisco Unity, Expressway, Presence, etc..
  • Telepresence + Video experience a huge plus.

Some of the UCCE tech you’ll work with (or have worked with):

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Express, and Packaged
  • Cisco Customer Voice Portal
  • Cisco Finesse
  • Cisco Unified Intelligence Center
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  • Nuance Recognizer and Vocalizer
  • Voice Gateways (SIP, H.323, MGCP)

Knowledge of SQL and scripting or programming is also a big plus.   Especially any work with the Cisco Spark or Cisco Tropo API’s.   If you don’t know all of the above yet, but can demonstrate technical aptitude and a passion for technology, we can mentor you into a ninja/wizard/grandmaster/whatever trendy job title you like.

You’ll work as a consultant and implementation engineer so expect some travel to client sites. We expect this to be around 35% but this can vary. In general we try to avoid unnecessary travel whenever possible. Since much of your work will be client facing, you should be comfortable with the idea of interacting with customers at multiple levels, from agents, to call center managers, IT directors, and the occasional C-level. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

The position is in Denver, CO / Charlotte, NC or remote for the candidate.  Relocation is also available.
